Frank Wadley was born in Wivenhoe, Essex about 1875. He was the son of master mariner Henry Wadley who was born about 1845 in Wivenhoe and married Sarah Frances LILLEY in Q4 1868 (Lexden 4a/539). Sarah was also born about 1845 in Wivenhoe - she was Ada'a mother's sister.
