  Notes	From findagrave.com: Page Minter, 69, left us suddenly on Monday, April 4, 2016. Page's dedication to education, his community and his family will leave a legacy that cannot be forgotten. He was a loving husband, supportive father, and caring "Pop Pop". Page was born in Martinsville, Virginia and moved to Newport News, Virginia to begin his career in designing HVAC systems at Newport News Shipyard. He relocated to Birmingham, Alabama where he spent 10 years working at Rust Engineering. He was afforded the opportunity to return to Hampton Roads in 1987 and returned to the Newport News Shipyard until his retirement in June of 2012. Page dedicated his time and service to York County schools for over 20 years where he served on the York County School Board. He was part of the first elected School Board, when he earned the District 4 seat in 1995. During his time on the board, he served as chairman and vice chairman. He had a passion for vocational education and served on the New Horizons Regional Education Center Board of Trustees for 18 years, including 16 years as chair. Page's dedication to vocational education was recognized in June of 2015 when he was inducted into the Virginia Career and Technical Education Hall of Fame for his outstanding leadership and service. Page is survived by his devoted wife of 44 years, Katherine; two daughters, Whitney Cataldo and her husband Mike Cataldo, Marla Wilson and her husband Colgan Wilson; two granddaughters, Paige Wilson and Elizabeth Wilson. Page was a self-less man who put others before himself and those actions will not be forgotten by his family and the community he served.
