When son George was born Catherine was described as a charwoman. She was living at 10 Ethelebert Road, Folkestone.
1921 census: at 10, Ethelbert Road, Folkestone, Kent - see brother-in-law Alfred J HOAD's Notes for full details. They show Catherine as a widow and her son as "father dead" but I cannot find a marriage for Catherine.
