  Notes	The following appears at findagrave.com, on Lonnie T Minter's page: In February of 1920 the Minter famly was living in Wilbarger County, Texas, where 17-year-old Lonnie was working on the family farm. From May 1924 to May 1927, Lonnie served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. In 1930, Lonnie was single, living as a lodger in the Bates household in Brazoria County, Texas, were he was a fireman on a steam shovel. On May 2, 1932, Lonnie married Blanche Adeline Skucius in Harris County, Texas. In 1940 Lonnie and Blanche were living in Galveston County, Texas with a daughter Bobbie Jean. They later had another daughter Patsy Ann Minter and a son Lonnie "Sonny" Minter. 1950 US Federal Census: in Galveston, Texas (all MINTER, all born Texas), Lonnie (head, 42, truck driver, oil company), Blanche (wife, 36), Bobbie J (daughter, 16, cashier & waitress, cafe), Patsy Ann (daughter, 6) and Lonnie Jr. (son, 4). Lonnie passed away at the age of 52. At the time of his death he was employed as a watchman at the Todd Dry Docks in Galveston.
