He left on 10 Oct 1879 'to Parham'. A Geoffrey Minter, 19 departed London for Wellington, New Zealand in 1927. Another record at Ancestry shows Geoffrey Sidney Minter, White House Farm, Parham, Wickham Market, Suffolk, farmer, age 19, arriving at Southampton on 19 April 1928 from Wellington, New Zealand on the 'Mataroa'. He returned to London (Tilbury) on 11 August 1933 on the 'Maloja' which started in Brisbane but picked up a number of passengers including Geoffrey in Bombay, India. Geoffrey gave his address as 20 Longley Road, Tooting, London SW17, his occupation as engineer and age as 25.
