  Notes	From findagrave.com, May 2015: Debra was the 4th child and second daughter of David and Betty Jo Minter. Born in Floyd county, her family that included older brothers David and Robert (Bob) and sister Angela moved to Henry County when she was a young child. Through her brother Bob she met her future husband, Raymond W. Floyd (07/26/63) of Flippen and they married in New Hope Baptist Church on Feb 9th 1985 in McDonough by her uncle by marriage, John Cromer who is married to her maternal aunt, Lucille Garrett. On Jan 27th 1986 Debra and Ray were blessed with their first daughter, Samantha Lynn. Three years later on Feb 10th they were blessed with their second daughter, Brandy Lee Jo Floyd whose is named after her father who was called Randy by his family and her two grandmothers, Bobbie Lee and Betty Jo. Her passing left a big emptiness in the hearts of her family and friends, especially her two daughters. They will always remember her sweet, funloving spirit. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, mother, wife, aunt, sisterinlaw and friend to all.
