      Graveside Services for Margaret Minter Bush will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park with Rev. Jackie White, Pastor of Church on the Rock, officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Richard Calvillo and Calvillo Funeral Home staff.

      Margaret was born the fourth of ten children in Clyde, Texas, on Sept. 9, 1935, to Ray and Naomi Minter. She died in Lubbock on March 30, 2009, at the age of 73 years. Her family moved from Clyde to Meadow. The family later moved to Lubbock. On March 10, 1954, she married Edward Bush. She graduated from the Jessie Lee's School of Cosmetology where she was a long time hairdresser. She bowled in leagues for over 30 years. She was a member of the 600 Club. Margaret and her close friends loved traveling to bowling tournaments throughout the United States. She also had a love for dancing and was best known for her excellent cooking.

      She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and brothers, Leon, Joe, Clayton, Wayne, and Jerry. She is survived by her sister, Alene Garrett of Granbury; and brothers, Charles Ray and Merle Lynn of Lubbock, and Travis of St. Mary's, Ga. She is also survived by her children, George and wife, Leanna, of Cedar Park, Texas, Ted and wife, Karyn, Lisa Cox and husband, Carl, Lana Navarro, and Libby Langley, all of Lubbock; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

      The family will receive friends and relatives on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m.
