Notes	February 2009: email contact from Robin Laws, a grandchild of Caroline and Frank Mathers. He has provided information about his immediate family. February 2016: email from Robin Laws: "Hi, my Nan's birthday was in June 1913, early 20s, my memory is a bit vague on the exact date, but not September as you have recorded. I remember when she died that I was anxious she'd got her birthday card as I'd posted in late and was worried she might not have seen it. I was very close to my Nan and wouldn't have upset her for anything." I found what appeared to be Robin's grandmother's death, in Bournemouth: it showed a birth date of 24 Jun 1913. I asked Robin about it and he replied: "She actually died in Highcliffe where my Aunt ran an old folks home. Nan likes to visit there, she'd had a heart attack a few weeks before and went to my Aunts to recuperate but sadly had a second a fatal attack. She was cremated on Christchurch and her remains brought back to Hull and are in the wall of remembrance at the Northern Cemetery with my Granddad."
