Olympia also gave patriotic service and both she and John James are listed in the DAR Patriot Index. This information was taken from the book: The Trabue Family in American. 1700-1983, compiled by Julie Trabue Yates and Charles C. Trabue, IV, M. D." John James's death is said at findagrave.com to have been in 1775; a reference in the Daughters of the American Revolution Lineage Books (at findmypast.co.uk) gives the year as 1803 and the place of death as Kentucky.
