  Notes	From the Charleston Post and Courer, 5 Feb 2015: Russell Oliver Minter SUMMERVILLE - Russell Oliver Minter, 54, of Summerville, SC, passed away Monday, February 2, 2015 at his residence. Graveside services will be held Friday morning, February 6, 2015 at Riverview Memorial Park, at 11 o'clock. Friends may call at PARKS FUNERAL HOME Thursday evening from 6 until 8 o'clock. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 269 Calhoun Street, Charleston, SC 29401. Mr. Minter was born December 3, 1960 in Charleston, SC, a son of William Curtis Minter, Sr. and Ila Jean Scarbourgh Minter. He was an electrician. He was a member of the Summerville Masonic Lodge and he was a Shriner. Survivors include two sons, Russell Minter II of Summerville, SC and Shannon West of Mt. Pleasant, SC; one daughter, Anna Gray Minter of Summerville, SC; two brothers, Billy Minter of Moncks Corner, SC and Bobby Minter of North Charleston, SC; two grandchildren, Logan West and London West; several nieces and nephews; his former wife, Saundra Gray Minter of Summerville, SC. He was predeceased by one brother, David Minter; one sister, Willa Walters and one nephew, Taylor Gray.
