  Notes	From Ron Minter, January 2007: "I used to go to Dartford Grammar School, by the 696 trolley bus. This used to turn round in the centre of Dartford & there was a shop there with "Minter" on the fascia...years later my parents told me that Doris had been a hairdresser & this had been her shop. The name was retained right up to the 50s....Doris never said a word about her time in Dartford." The 1955 and 1958 phone books (at ancestry.com) have exactly the same entry: Doris Minter, Hairdrsr, 2 Market Place...Dartford 3937.
