      EDEN - Funeral for Fred Eugene "Corky" Minter, 64, of 323 Cherry St. who died May 31, 1993, will be 2 p.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church, where he was a member. Burial will be in Dan View Cemetery.

      Surviving are wife, Helen Hall Minter; daughters, Mrs. Ann M. Campbell, Mrs. Judy M. Jones, both of Stoneville, Mrs. Wanda M. Hylton of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Mrs. Sue M. Dixon of Winston-Salem, Miss Gina Minter of Eden; sons, Sammy Minter of Collinsville, Va., James Minter, Eden; stepdaughter, Mrs. Vickie Curry of Coca Beach, Fla.; father, Robert Lee Minter of Eden; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
