      "John Minter the elder died aged 66 4 Jan 1752 left Catherine wife 3 sons (John, Michael and Leonard) and 2 daughters (Susannah and Sarah). Also Catherine Minter wife of above died 18 Nov 1760, age 77"
      His will, dated 27 August 1751, was proved on 17 February 1752 at Canterbury Archdeaconry Court.
