  Notes	Janet Webb, September 2013, provided the following narrative: BRENDA PLAYER (BOSWELL) Brenda was born on 24th March 1944 in Manor Park Wanstead . She was the 2nd daughter of lda and Albert Player. She attended Aldersbrook Primary School a couple of streets from her home at 1 Park Road, Manor Park until her family moved to The Midlands in 1950. She then went to Clapham Terrace School in Leamington Spa.The family then lived at 24, Newbold Terrace after Albert lost his job and his house in Lillington. After leaving Clapham Terrace School, Brenda went to Campion School in Leicester Street, Leamington until leaving school at 15. She then went to work as an office junior at A.P. Products where she learned typing and office work. She left the job in 1965, when she went to work in Guernsey as a Hotel Receptionist until she met David Boswell and they returned to his home in Oxford and were married. Their first child Tracy was born in 1966 and was followed by Stephen in 1969 and Philip in 1971. She moved with the children to Abingdon, Oxfordshire and then to Carterton when she and David divorced. Her daughter Tracy was married to " Shuggie " but Brenda was diagnosed with Cancer soon afterwards, she went into Sobell House, part of the John Radcliffe lnfirmary and died on 28th December 1996. Tracy and "Shuggie" were divorced not long afterwards and Tracy then married Martin Bleach. She had 2 children Katie and Edward, they still live in Carterton. Stephen, Brenda's 2nd child, married Claire. They had a son George Ethan born on 30th September 2007. They live in Carterton where Claire owns a Hairdressing business. Philip, Brenda's last son, lives in Swindon. He has not married at the time of writing.
