1881 census (indexed as FRICAKE by ancestry.com): in Clarendon Road, Walthamstow, London, George R M (24, auctioneer), Clara (27, born Wapping, Middlesex) and Ethel M (under 1 month, born Walthamstow, Essex) plus 2 servants.
1891 census (indexed as FRIEKE by ancestry.com): at 27 Barnsmead (?) Road, Beckenham, Kent, George R M (widower, 33, auctioneer, born Mile End, London), Ethel May (10, born Walthamstow, Essex), Bessie P (8, born Walthamstow), George E (6, born Walthamstow) and Edgar H (2, born Brixton, London), Prudence A THIES (sister in law, 45, born St Georges, London) plus a servant and a nurse.
1901 census (indexed as FRIESKE by ancestry.com): George had remarried and lived in Byron Road, Wembley, Middlesex, George R M (43, auctioneer and Sherriffs Officer, born London), Emma S L (42, born London), Gordon M (4, born Middlesex) plus a servant and a stable lad.
Other children:
George E (16, born Walthamstow) was a pupil at St Saviours College, Ardingley, Sussex. His sister Ethel (20, governess) was staying with her aunt Prudence A THIES (unmarried, 56 a boarding house keeper and with her own means) at 8 The Avenue, Eastbourne. Younger sister Bessie, 18 (indexed as FRICAKE by ancestry.com) was at boarding school at 31 High Street, Chesham, Bucks (also at the scool were Bessie's half-sisters Beryl (15) and Winifred (13) Wright).
Edgar hasn't been found.
1911 census: at The Chestnuts, Wembley, Middlesex (10 rooms), George Roberts Minter FRIEAKE (head, 53, married, auctioneer, born County of London), Emma Sarah Louisa FRIEAKE (wife, 52, married 16 years, one child, living, born County of London) and a servant, Ada Sarah CHAMPNESS (23, single, born County of London).

Robert Wright writes that George's house in Wembley was built by his cousin F G Minter. The house was one of a pair of semi-detached houses, the very first that F G Minter built. George had a further pair of houses built in Byron Road called 'The Elms' and 'The Grange'. He and his family lived in The Grange while another house 'The Chestnuts' was built on a plot of almost 4 acres at the end of Byron Road. George's family at The Chestnuts included his second wife Emma's four children from her first marriage.
