Post Office Directory, Official section, 1893 has P Minter, Admiralty Control & Purchase Dept. Also appears in the 1894 version as Percy Minter, 14 Forest Road, Kew.
1901 census: at 13 Bernard Road, St Pancras, London, Percy (35, clerk in Admiralty) and Mary (50). Also Percy's sister Edith K (31, hospital nurse).
The 1901 census shows Percy's name clearly as Perry.
1911 census: at 41 Bernard Street, Russell Square, London (13 rooms), Percy (45, married, HM Civil Service, Admiralty, born London) and Mary (58, married 21 years, no children, born Pangbourne) were boarders. Head of the house was Fanny Marian ROBINSON (51, single, boardinghouse keeper).
The Times (London, England), Saturday, Oct 27, 1917; pg. 3; Issue 41620 announced the setting up of a Flax Control Board, on which Percy Minter was to serve representing the Admiralty.

Joined Contract Department of Admiralty, 1883; Assistant Director, 1912; Deputy Director of Navy Contracts, 1918; retired, 1926.
Made a CBE in 1920 (this was announced in The Times (London, England), Wednesday, Mar 31, 1920; pg. 18; Issue 42373).
