Several details have been taken from the form and added to Arthur's record here (including previously unknown details of wife Jeanie and child Douglas). 1940 US census: in King County, Seattle, Washington Arthur H Minter (head, 32, married, born England, dishwasher in a restaurant), Jeanie S Minter (wife, 24, married, born Washington) and Douglas J Minter (son, 3, no other details stated). Arthur may later have married: a Marguerite M Minter, born 23 April 1908, died on 30 Jan 1991 aged 82, with the same zip code and address as Arthur. No further details known.
