Made a conditional purchase of land at Nambucca River in 1868. Lived at Nambucca residence Macleay River in 1869 - 71 and at Kempsey residence Macleay District in 1974 - 75 and possibly at Nobbys Road, Newcastle, New South Wales in 1880 - 81. Lived at 97 Eveleigh Street, Redfern, Sydney, NSW between 1891 and 1906. (Gail Gniewosz comments "Today that street would be the only street in Australia I would not be game to walk down even in the middle of the week with a police escort. The government is considering putting a bulldozer to it.") Lived with niece at 38 Morehood Street, Waterloo, Sydney.
Possibly a pilot at Newcastle, NSW.
