The 1943 Electoral Roll for Adamstown, Newcastle, NSW included at 134 Teralba Road: Arthur William Minter, retired. There's another 1943 entry that might refer to this Arthur William: For Wallsend, Hunter, at Main Road, Argenton, Arthur William Minter, retired. In the same street were Harry Richard Marshall, blacksmith's assistant and wife Nancy Martha Marshall, home duties. They married in 1942 (Hamilton 22062/1942). The connection if any to Arthur William Minter is unknown. The 1949 Electoral Roll for Phillip, West Sydney, NSW included at 50 Myrtle Street, Chippendale: Arthur William Minter, no occupation None of the above Electoral Roll entries includes Arthur's wife Mary Elizabeth: acording to Gail Geniewosz they divorced in 1930. Divorce papers dating from 10 Jan 1930 - 20 Jul 1931 are in the NSW archives. Although Mary Elizabeth was living on her own in 1930 (see her Notes), she seems to have lived with her son Arthur William Alfred, from at least 1936. October 2005: Theresa (Terri) Searle (Lomax) has a tree on Genes Reunited which includes Arthur William and his daughter Kathleen.
