Charles PENNA, 23, single, a miner born Redruth, Cornwall was on the SS Philadelphia which left Southampton for New York on 10 September 1910. His next of kin was his father William PENNA of Redruth. (The 1911 census shows William E and Catherine PENNA and three daughters living in North Country, Redruth, Cornwall.) The corresponding arrival record shows that the SS Philadelphia arrived at New York on 16 September 1910.
