Antofagasta, Chile, Apr 1910 to Oct 1910
Aurora, Bolivia 1910 to 1912
Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil, 1912 to 1915

Homer made further Consular Registration Applications on 14 Jun 1920 (at the Consulate in Sao Paulo, Brazil) and 21 Aug 1923 (at the Consulate in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil). Daughter Victoria wasn't mentioned on these two applications - perhaps she had died.

By the time of the passport application, Homer had already lived in Great Britain and South America. He now needed a passport to work in Argentina.
