| Notes |
- Francis Minter, born 6 Jan 1900, retired miner, and Sarah Minter born 25 Nov 1898 were passengers on the "Winchester Castle" which left Southampton for South Africa on 14 August 1958. Their address in England had been 10 Bellegrove Close, Welling, Kent.
Erica Minter's tree is at Ancestry.com. Erica has told me that "Percy - lost an eye - not entirely sure if as a teen or after the war - my dad says he and Wyatt used to make "bombs" and throw them against the wall - one backfired and Percy lost an eye as a result."
