Daniel Parkinson writes 'Presumably they died in Ontario as burials are not recorded in Quebec. They died before the 1881 Ontario Census.' November 2011: email from Daniel Parkinson says that although William's death was registered at Rawdon, Quebec, he died at London, Ontario.
