- John is shown here as being buried in Boxted in 1829 (the baptismal register entry reads 'John Taylor, May 27, inft.'). However, the 1841 census for John's mother Hannah and her second husband includes a John TAYLOR aged 15. This suggests there must have been two John Taylors but I haven't investigate further.
