The family evidently returned from Australia some time later. They appeared in the Australian Electoral Roll 1968 for Coolbellup, Fremantle, Western Australia at 78 Bromley Road, Hilton: John Ronald Minter, driver Edith Celine Minter, home duties. The 1984 UK Electoral Roll showed John R and Edith C at 59 High Street, Harrold, Beds with son Colin J .
