  Notes	Known as Eleanor Moretti, an actress in New York in the last decade of the 19th century and the early part of the 20th century. The website https://www.ibdb.com/broadway-cast-staff gives a list of Broadway plays in which Eleanor appeared between 1898 and 1911. Her marriage to James King Hedley ended in divorce and she married Charles P HUNTINGTON about 1908. An obituary appeared in the New York Times on 3 July 1918. The passenger list of the SS Bermudian which sailed from Hamilton, Bermuda on 27 September 1913, arriving in New York on 29 September 1913 includes Chas P (41, born 1872, Logansport, Indiana) and Eleanor (38, born 1875, England, 'husband native of the USA') HUNTINGTON. Their address was shown as 41 West 83rd Street, New York. There's a big discrepancy between Eleanor's age as shown on the shipping record above and on the 1915 New York census, and as indicated by her entry in the 1871 UK census, which suggests she was born about 1866. 1875 would have been impossible given that Eleanor first married in 1884. According to Helen Connell, Eleanor's parents were James Rodgers, Esq. of Birmingham, England and Catharine Rand. I haven't been able to find their marriage. RAND was the maiden name of the mother of Eleanor's sisters; Katherine RODGERS was the stage name Eleanor's mother used.
