A memorial service will be held at a later date. Jo Anne was born on August 25, 1942 to the late Ruby Williams Goins. She was employed with Vernon Poole Oil Company for 26 years. She was a wonderful, devoted wife of 56 years, mother of two sons, and grandmother to four grandsons.
