A note supplied by Cliff Minter in November 2005, probably written by Lloyd Craig and probably copied from the family bible during Lloyd Craig's first visit to the UK in the 1960s, says that George Robert commited suicide. The same note provided George Robert's birth date.
Findmypast.co.uk has a report published in the Sussex Agricultural Express on 22 February 1890. The report deals with the inquest held relative to George Robert Minter's suicide.
