1911 census: Edward Mowbray Phillipps-Treby, 57, married, born Kingston, Canada, was private secretary to Francis Edward, Baron Howard of Glossop (aged 52, married 20 years, 4 children all living), living at the 28 roomed house at Willinghurst, Shamley Green, Surrey . Also in the house were two of Baron Howard's daughters, a visitor from Austria and 11 servants.
