  Notes	Dorothy was involved in a court case in 1969 (reported in The Times on 14 March 1969). She was appealing against a registrar's order of February 12 that she give security for costs in £50 on an issue as to the domicile of her deceased husband raised by her in proceedings brought against his estate by his former wife, Mrs Cecille Visco. It emerged during the hearing that 'Mrs Visco had married the deceased in 1939 and, having divorced him in 1951, accepted in 1964 £12,000 in full and final discharge for her claims for maintenance. In April 1965 the deceased had married Mrs Minter [Dorothy]. He died on July 8 1966, leaving an estate of £250,000.' [See JGM's Notes - his estate was probated at only £43561]. 'In March 1967 Mrs Visco started proceedings under section 26 of the Matrimonial Causes Act, 1965, asking for provision to be made for her out of the deceased's estate.' The outcome of the proceeding's isn't known - I haven't been able to find any reference to it.
