Regd. by mother, same address'. 1891 census: at 6 The Grove, Herne, Kent, Henry H (29, zinc, iron & tinplate worker), Phoebe (26) and female child not yet named [presumably Mabel Janet] (1 month). Son Harrison Wellard was in Chislet with his grandmother Ann HOLLOWAY (55). Also there was Ann's daughter Fanny (37, single).
