  Notes	Possibly a witness at Chislet on the 6 November 1810. In 1841, living at Chislet with mother, brother and sister. In 1851, 1861 and 1871 living with brother Alfred (qv). Ancestry.com has the following Monumental Inscription from Chislet: Sacred to the memory of MARGARET MINTER who departed this life April 22nd 1847, aged 73 years. also of ALFRED MINTER who departed this life June 5th 1873 aged 66 years. also of HARRIET MINTER who departed this life August 31st 1875 aged 77 years. "Blessed are they which die in the Lord" London Gazette 14 Dec 1875 gives address at time of death as Maypole, Herne, Kent. Will was proved in the District Registry attached to Her Majesty's Court of Probate at Canterbury, on the 8th day of October, 1875, by Albert Minter, of Herne, in the county of Kent, Farmer and Grazier, and Frederick Slater, of Grays, in the parish of Chislet, in the said county, Gentleman. England & Wales, National Probate Calendar (Index of Wills and Administrations),1861-1941 (at Ancestry.co.uk, Nov 2010): 8 October 1875 Effects under £5000. Resworn January 1879 under £6000. The Will of Harriet Minter late of Maypole in the Parish of Herne in the County of Kent Spinster who died 31 August 1875 at Maypole was proved at Canterbury by Albert Minter of Herne Common in the said Parish Farmer the Nephew and Frederick Slater of Grays in the Parish of Chislet in the said County Gentleman the Executors.
