An inventory of Thomas's goods, chattels and personal effects was made on 29 October 1746, with a total value of £662.6.6. Limited administration granted at Canterbury Consistory Court on 24 January 1835 to William Lee to dispose of goods and chattels of Thomas Minter (who died intestate Nov 1745) left unadministered by his widow, Mary, as far as concerned land at Ash purchased by him on 26 April 1743.
