  Notes	According to the Ash Family Reconstitution Forms supplied by Cally Schneider in December 2012, Henry's marriage was reported in: Daily Telegraph, 17 Feb 1838, p8, col 4 - the 3rd daughter of Mr. Ansell Kentish Gazette, 13 Feb 1838 - by the Rev. J. B. Blackhouse I haven't verified the above. The same source quotes the Gazette of 2 July 1839: villains stole several taps of considerable value. 1841 census: at Ash Street, Ash, Kent, Henry (25, plumber with wife Catherine (25) and son Henry (2) and servant and an apprentice. 1851 census: in High Street, St Marys, Walmer, Kent, Caroline (37, widow, haberdasher and schoolmistress), Henry W (12) and niece Susannah F ANSELL (18, born Walmer, Kent). Administration of estate of Henry William Minter, late of Ash, plumber, painter & glazier granted to widow on 18 March 1842 at Canterbury Consistory Court. Estate under £200. (Consistory Court Act Book 1842, recorded by Cliff Minter).
