      In Entry No 394 in Col 4 for "Joyce" read "Minter otherwise Joyce". Corrected on the 30th day of July 1895 by me Alexander M. White Superintendent Registrar in the presence of Samuel Edward Minter Father and on production of a Statutory Declaration made by Samuel Edward Minrter and Annie Elizabeth Minter.
